Located in G'Bessia, 13 kilometers from the city center, Conakry International Airport was built in 1945.
It is the main airport in the Republic of Guinea. Successive transformations have enabled it to keep pace with the evolution of traffic, and today accommodate all types of aircraft, up to B 747-400 wide-body jets.
