The satisfaction of our customers, the health and safety of our employees, and the preservation of the environment are major issues in the realization of CONSORTIUM D’ENTREPRISES projects..
It is in this spirit that the CONSORTIUM D’ENTREPRISES strives to develop a management system that integrates Quality, Safety and the Environment. It’s a real challenge that we have to meet in our day-to-day activities.
As Managing Director of CDE, I am committed to putting in place the human, financial, organizational and technical resources required to :
- Satisfy our customers’ expectations by listening to them and taking charge of their requests, while complying with contractual requirements,
- Comply with technical requirements and profitability targets when carrying out work,
- Protecting people, property and the environment during the construction of our facilities
The Quality Safety Environment Manager is responsible for steering this approach, and is supported in his mission by process managers. It is their responsibility to implement this policy and to commit to the continuous improvement of the QSE System.
